Town Hall – Urban beautification: Fostering the City Unique

Event Description

In collaboration with InterArts and Artlandia we discuss the role of art in the city, and the unique challenges faced in preserving and promoting our unique sense of artistry and culture. Explore ideas of urban beautification projects to complement and add culture to property development.

Panel will consist of, Robert Jawl – Jawl Properties,
Franc D’Ambrosio – D’Ambrosio Architecture,
Darb Erikson – Downtown Programs Liaison for the City of Victoria,
Joey MacDonald Director Olio Artists & Workers Cooperative Project Lead, InterArts Centre for Makers,
Mikhail – Graffiti artist and organizer of Quake the Can’s.
