COMMUNITY GOODNESS?
The Main Street Vinyl Record Fair also supports charities like CiTR Student Radio, Girls Rock Camp and The Safe Amplification Society through our vinyl record donation program. Records are donated from local collectors who want to see their collection spread throughout the community and shared with new generations of music fans. The records are sold at the fair with 100% of the money raised given to music-related charities in Vancouver. You never know what you'll find. There's always gems to be had!

ABOUT JOHNNY DE COURCY
Johnny de Courcy was born in his mothers bed in an old house on Commercial Drive in the late eighties. His musical style is very "classic" with influences from Neil Young, Elliott Smith, Weezer and the Beatles. If you didn't know, Johnny used to play in New Westminsters "metal titans" Black Wiz. But being a titan of metal can sometimes get boring so de Courcy left to pursue the (softer) songs in his heart with some help from longtime friend/producer Michael Kraushaar. After recording the Bad Teeth cassette in 2011, Green Burrito records put that baby on the shelves and the rest is history. de Courcy recently released his debut LP "Johnny de Courcy and the Death Rangers" and has been touring "relentlessly" in wake of it.
