AFRICAN DRUMMING & DANCE WORKSHOPS

Friday, July 19th at 5:30 pm • All Levels African Dance
Fairfield United Church, 1303 Fairfield Rd.

Aly has recorded on the album "Mandeng Djara" with Mr. MAMADY KEITA who was a part of the Republic of Guinea National Ballet Djoliba in 2007.

He started djembe training at an early age, and trained in the National Ballet in 1993.
He moved to Japan in September, 2007, and has toured and taught in many public schools, private dance schools, and even in Hong Kong University.

He established a school for learning traditional music of West Africa to Japan in Kagoshima, where he was responsible for the technique classes from 2008-2012. He is now planning a workshop in Guinea later in 2013.

Workshops are $20 or take any three for just $45
