Event Description
For the best weekend of your summer - the 36th annual Vancouver Folk Music Festival presents some of the world’s finest traditional and contemporary folk, world and roots music artists July 19-21 on the Pacific shores of Jericho Beach Park. Over 60 local, Canadian and international artists and groups will perform, from new discoveries to renowned and famous names. The festival features seven daytime stages with workshops, sessions and concerts, early evening stages and evening Main Stage concerts. There’s a Little Folks Village with crafts and workshops for kids and families, an Artisan Market, Folk Bazaar, a Food Area with tastes from across the globe, and other fun things to see and do. Children 12 and under get in free when accompanied by an adult.
