Event Description

Emigrating to Regina, Saskatchewan from China in , Roger Ing developed a unique artistic style that combined his early training in ink wash painting with modernist influences from North America. A prolific artist and eccentric restauranteur, Ing received national attention for his art and the New Utopia Café -- a popular destination for artists, musicians and the public for over 30 years.
