Event Description

Great Piano Trios performed by William Preucil, violin, Eric Kim, cello and Arthur Rowe, piano. Pre-concert talk at 6:35. Mozart, Brahms and Arensky.
Anton Arensky's Russian Romantic gem rounds out the program of beloved classical and romantic favourites.Assemble a world renowned concertmaster, one of the finest cellists of his generation, and a critically acclaimed recitalist and chamber musician, and you will receive an evening of unbelievable music making. William Preucil, concertmaster of the Cleveland Orchestra, and Eric Kim, professor of cello at Indiana University, are in demand worldwide as soloists and chamber musicians. Pianist Arthur Rowe and William Preucil began their partnership at Indiana University over three decades ago, and they have been performing with Eric Kim for the past 10 seasons.
