Womenkind: Composed of a number of established Vancouver veteran musicians, including members of 3 Inches of Blood, The Book of Lists, The Secret Three, Ice Palace and Video Tokyo, Womenkind will be releasing their new record in June. Exclaim! Magazine attributed their sound to “somewhere between the Jesus Lizard and Shellac: loud, noisy and clearly pretty pissed off about something.”
