TELEPHONE AND INTERNET PURCHASES WILL BE REFUNDED AUTOMATICALLY
TICKETS PURCHASED IN-PERSON MUST BE REFUNDED AT POINT OF PURCHASE
The April 10th performance by Sia unfortunately needed to be postponed after the fifth song at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver due to extreme heat exhaustion and dehydration.
Originally announced as postponed, the show has now been cancelled with Sia planning to return to Vancouver in the fall of 2010. Ticketholders who purchased their tickets in-person are asked to return with their tickets to their point of purchase for refunds. All telephone and internet transactions will be refunded automatically.
In a statement to her fans, SIA states: “I'm so disappointed I wasn't able to finish the show for everyone in Vancouver and want to express my sincerest apologies. Thank you to everyone for the kind messages on twitter, the kind and understanding audience at Saturday’s show and for everyone's support and I will see you again in the fall!"
