"The Rub is a progressive Vancouver-based ensemble, led by the eccentric and prolific composer, Adam Horn. To hear The Rub is to subject oneself to a veritable orgy of effortless genre-splicing and mutation. Though the songs have an air of studied musicianship, when this six-piece comes together their melodic hooks, rhythmic syncopation and infectious energy will hold the attention of their entire audience."
