Get set for the Summer of 2008! Activate your Soul and share with us in a Joyful Celebration of Summer!
Music director Checo Tohomaso and the Vancouver Outreach Community (VOC) Soul Gospel Choir are pleased to announce our upcoming Summer concert on Sunday, August 17th, 2008.
The 130-member choir featuring men and women of all ages, ethnicities and religions, will perform high-energy, six-part harmony and merge the melodies of soul, gospel, R&B, jazz, Hawaiian, calypso and reggae into a soulful performance. The vibrant delivery results in an audience that can’t resist joining in by toe tapping, foot stomping, jumping, singing, dancing and hand clapping!
Our goal is to unite people of different cultures and beliefs to deliver an inspirational musical message of Peace, Hope and Healing.
