DAWNTREADER writes music that is full of unbridled sincerity and ambition. Their expressive, emotionally-charged song-writing traverses much terrain, from propulsive beats and grinding guitars to dreamy atmospheric passages and hypnotic melodies.

MAKE THE LION - This versatile band's engaging mix of post-Radiohead prog/psychedelia and the raw energy of bands like Nirvana and Sonic Youth has recently been described by Nerve Magazine as "intelligent rock for the thinking soul [by] one of Vancouver's more impressive young bands. Rounded off by a live performance that includes interactive visuals and a rotating cast of guest musicians playing electronics, brass, percussion and guitar, audiences are drawn into a unique and dynamic listening experience."
