Event Description

Mix, mingle and muse at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria with an exclusive performance from hip hop artists, Eekwol & Mils an audio-video performance from multimedia artist Jackson 2bears and a screening of the award-winning documentary Blood River by Kent Monkman.

Eekwol has gained international attention for her concisely conscious flow, alongside the compelling beats for her brother Mils. Through their original music they display their activist roots by living and creating, as supporters of both Hip Hop and Aboriginal culture.
