Artist’s studio for sublet (6-8 + months) in a beautiful newly renovated studio space on Bridge Street in Rock Bay Square, Victoria.

250 square feet with two large windows, high wood ceiling. Suitable for a writer, composer, painter, drawing, fashion designer, mixed media, collage, digital, or textile artist.

Adjacent room is sublet to another artist so it’s important this space is occupied by another artist as a workspace for studio practice.

Please respond with a description of yourself, your studio interests, what materials you would be using in the space.
