Born out of the ashes of various established Vancouver indie-acts, the band unites equal elements of emo, punk, pop and rock, directly linked to each individual member’s distinct style and personality Founded in August 2004 by vocalist and songwriter, 18 year old Andy Roy (Storybook Ending), the group also features prolific songwriter/guitarist Grant McKenzie (Nikki Hurst/Ethers Void), energetic bassist Tom Em Rojas (Coalition) and drummer Cody Beer (Chalk Outlines), a product of the North Vancouver punk rock scene. Combining passionate sing-along choruses with compelling, yet melodic guitars backed by powerful, intricate, drum lines, the band presents a truly captivating experience offering a nostalgic look at the emotional roller coaster of being young and in love.
