Laura Feeleus

Laura works in both paint and fibre. Themes in her work include nostalgia and play, and reflect the imagery of home, travel, and folk art. Her paintings are done with intuitive energy, made of many layers that are worked and reworked until stories and emotions emerge.
She is one of the founding members of arc.hive artist run centre (www.arc-hve.weebly.com) and participates regularly with the Vancouver Island Surface Design Association, both locally and internationally.
