Funk'd Up

Funk'd Up original music is inspired by the kinds of styles and feels that we enjoy playing and is drawn from the full spectrum of the jazz funk fusion/pop genre. Our influences are James Brown, Tower of Power, Sly and the Family Stone, Prince . . . While remaining true to that authenticity, we have developed our own unique, high energy sound featuring versatile powerful vocals, raucous guitar, aggressive sax and hard pumping bass and drums.

The band has been very well received in the Victoria BC community playing at local venues, private parties, business events, and were headliners at both Pride Festival and the Victoria Dragonboat Festival.
