Hola! Emboldened by an addiction to Baja California style fish tacos, we,
Cindy and Co., bring you our premiere streetside taco stand menu -- tortilla
cradled crispy catches of the day smothered in myriad homemade 'condimentos
autentico', recipes inhaled along the amazing oceans from Ensenada to La
Paz.

Menu will include small lunch platter, a la cartes, dessert, and icy
beverages for a hot summer day; while indoors in the shade of BLIM cantina,
vancouver resident artisans will teach you the art of tortillas from
scratch, lead some fun freebie games native to Mexico, plus there will be a
sign-up for a little cactus box garden making class later in the afternoon.
