I'm an illustrator, graphic designer, muralist and a painter. Originally from the Czech Republic but last ten years I live in Victoria BC, Canada.In 2008 I have obtained masters degree from Conceptual Art and Art History from Ostrava University, Czech Republic and concept is a main factor in most of my work. For years I've been working as a muralist and street artist in Europe and Latin America but after settling down and having family in Victoria BC, I've started with children's book illustration ( https://www.amazon.ca/s?k=eliska+liska&ref=nb_sb_noss) and art workhops. My need for making something usefull fullfiled pottery. While creating, I am mostly working with classical techniques that allows me to keep lots of unique character of my work, I love to paint big murals and most of my digital illustrations are initially hand drawn but I'm also big fan of minimalistic digital design or digital illustrations.
