About

Counts 77

Danny "The Count" Koker is a Las Vegas legend who acquires, restores and customizes classic cars and motorcycles - and then "flips" them for a profit. Well known from his frequent appearances on Pawn Stars, Danny walks, talks and breathes American muscle cars and motorcycles, from vintage Thunderbirds and classic Corvettes to souped-up Harleys and tricked-out trikes. When he sees a ride he wants - whether it's on display at an auto auction or parked at a roadside diner - he will stop at nothing to acquire it. With the help of his talented team, Danny must restore, modify, customize and sell these highway gems in a hurry to stay in the black. Every episode of Counting Cars is bursting at the seams with amazing stories about historic vehicles, jaw-dropping before-and-after transformations and wheeling and dealing at its absolute best.

Count's 77, a hard rock band from Las Vegas, is fronted by lead singer Danny “Count” Koker, star of HISTORY’S hit series, “Counting Cars”. With roots in 70’s hard rock, Count’s 77 is further powered by the twin guitar team of John Zito and Stoney Curtis, the latter of whom has an international following as a recording and touring blues guitarist. With musical roots as diverse as Thin Lizzy, Foghat, The Allman Brothers and Led Zeppelin, Count’s 77 stands poised to be one of the leaders of the new classic rock revival, with a sound reminiscent of one of the greatest musical eras of all time.
Danny “Count” Koker, is Count’s 77’s charismatic frontman and was singing long before he came into international fame as the owner of Count’s Kustoms, his Las Vegas-based hotrod and chopper shop.
Stoney Curtis, lead guitarist for Count’s 77, has amassed an international following as a recording and touring blues guitarist, releasing a steady flow of product for the last ten years, with international airplay and CD’s which consistently have made Amazon.com’s blues charts.
Tommy Paris, is not only the band’s incredible keyboardist but he has been known internationally for nearly 25 years as the lead singer of platinum rockers Britny Fox. Rhythm and slide guitarist John Zito forged a career on the LA rock scene before bonding with Koker and Curtis. Virtuoso rock bassist Barry Barnes, having played bass in the critically-acclaimed show “Rock Of Ages” and powerhouse drummer Paul Disibio, known for his work with the Blue Man Group, form the rhythm section with strength and authority.
