A family that valued fun and laughter raised Corinne in a very creative and magic environment. She spent most of her childhood drawing, painting, writing, exploring and discovering nature. Oftentimes, as kids grow up, they become too busy to indulge in such things and they shelve their creative sides in favour of more 'mature' pursuits. After earning a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, Corinne couldn't bear to curb her curiosity, love of nature or passion for the creative arts. Her photos and paintings originated as a leisure outlet but have grown into a career path as demand for her work increases. Through each piece that Corinne creates she hopes to spread a little of that passion and magic to others. Corinne resides in beautiful Victoria, BC on the west coast of Canada where she is an Associate Member of the Coast Collective Art Gallery and a Member of the Community Arts Council of Greater Victoria. Her work is currently being shown in several venues in and around Victoria and in private collections across Canada. She is happy to consider private art showings and rentals.
