Ian Blurton: vocal, guitar
Katie Lynn Campbell: bass, vocal
Dean Dallas Bentley: drums
This is the sound...raw power trio avec heavy rock with emphasis on over the top high energy shows and short concise songs. Detroit (MC5, Stooges) meets Australia (AC/DC, The Saints) amid trace elements of punk (the Damned, Crime), late 60's London (Hendrix, Sabbath), current rock(Turbonegro, Queens of the Stone Age) with a little bit of boogie (ZZ Top).
The name comes from a classic rock exclamation used by the likes of Eddie Cochrane, Cheap Trick and The Runaways among others, as a call to arms. C'MON align themselves with Rockers Against Technology, Trans Love Energies, hot nights in rock clubs the world over, the sweaty afterglow of congregation and all bands that carry the banner "beware the false rock".
Katie Lynn hails from New Orleans and has played with Nashville Pussy, Famous Monsters, Hazard County Girls and Tector Gorch.
Dean used to play drums for All Systems Go, Monster Voodoo Machine, Damn 13 among others. He lives in Toronto.
Ian used to be a member of Change of Heart, Bionic and Blurtonia. He has also produced records by Cursed, Tricky Woo and The Weakerthans/etc. Ian goes between New orleans and Toronto.
