Capital Festival BC Day Celebrations

Designed to celebrate the rich cultural and creative community of BC, our signature
Capital Stage in Victoria will feature prominent musicians and musical ensembles at our Capital Festival BC Day Celebration.

Surrounded by natural beauty within walking distance of our Inner Harbour, St. Ann’s Academy offers a wonderful family site for entertainment that connects to Victoria’s historical past. Our Capital City is recognized world-wide for its natural beauty

Capital Festival has created, developed, and produced "BC Day Celebrations" as an annual free event for 3 years running now in Victoria. The event connects to community and families and celebrates Emerging Artists and talented BC Performers on BC Day Weekend.

We believe our local community features many outstanding artists and young performers, and we are dedicated to encouraging and supporting talented musicians and emerging artists from our province.

Marketing and presentation of our Capital Festival BC Day event will emphasize and leverage the support of community partners that will allow us to present this as a free, exciting musical event. We recognize the leadership role of Host Title Sponsor Provincial Capital Commission.

The Capital Festival has an extensive following in our community that recognizes the quality of our programming and performance.

The BC Day Festival in our Capital is a family event for all ages. Free admission will draw public interest and help to establish our future BC Day Festivals.
