Joan Hill is a Winnipeg born artist and now resides in Victoria. Joan has taught drawing, painting, sculpture, cartooning & portfolio preparation to children & adults in Trail, Edmonton and Victoria and currently conducts ongoing classes and sales of art work at Artistic Statement Gallery & School of Fine Art in the Monterey Mews at #107-2250 Oak Bay Avenue.
