The world renowned Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, comprised of 15 of the finest jazz soloists and ensemble players, has been the Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York’s resident orchestra since 1988.

Wynton Marsalis is the music director of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and he has helped to propel jazz to the forefront of American culture. Winner of nine Grammy awards for jazz and classical recordings, Marsalis is the first jazz artist to be awarded the prestigious Pulitzer Prize in music.
