Beautiful Luck

‘Beautiful Luck’ is a West Coast Indie Folk duo from Victoria BC. Sue Black (vocal, guitar) and Carl Lefebvre (vocal, ukuleles) have been playing together for 4 years in and around Victoria and Vancouver Island. They have performed at several farmers markets, cafes, and restaurants in the area and have had recent engagements while traveling through Mexico. The past two years Beautiful Luck has hosted a Bob Dylan Tribute night inviting numerous local musicians to join in the celebration.

They have recently recorded six songs, including five originals, for an upcoming EP.

Beautiful Luck’s repertoire covers a variety of genres including roots, country, pop, and blues. They pride themselves on choosing an eclectic mix of harmony inspired songs mixed with original compositions. From Blue Rodeo to Dan Hicks, to the Sons of Pioneers to Kathleen Edwards they perform a variety of tempos, styles and harmonies; there is something for everyone when Beautiful Luck perform.
