Invited to join Murray Acton Brian Whitehead and Trevor Hagen in Sept 1979 in band that was eventually known as Sikphukz. Had done some casual singing with Airborne, but Eddie didn't want no chicks in the band. End of relationship with Steve Andreas over this one. First gig played as Zenon Flash, John Mears on drums. Sikphukz plagarised by Brian Whitehead from some band in New York. Shock and awe stuff, just rollicking good fun really.And don't believe anything you read about me - pure fantasy by Mr. Acton. After band split up in Sept/ Oct 1980 emigrated to Sydney Australia. Had a fantastic time in the 80's hanging out at the Trade Union Club in Surrey Hills - Nick Cave, the Johnnys, Hoodoo Gurus, The Scientists etc. Married for a time to Mick Flipper of the Undertakers (ex Kelpies) and Minute Minder. Have two sons, both good sorts.
