Lisa Warnock was here. I am one of musics biggest fans, and have a vast range of interest. Some of my favorite groups currently are Deftones, Interpol, Incubus, Alexisonfire, She Wants Revenge, TheBled, Death Cab for Cutie, Blaqk Audio and Killswitch Engage... see, vast. Anyways, since music is my life, i find it rather frustrating i suck at any instrument ive tried playing. The only thing i can ever pull off are vocals, but even thats limited.
My vocals range from korn, to an Interpol/she wants revenge/joy division style. I have also gotten rather good at "screaming" over the years thanks to numerous bands ive been in. My scream can be related to Goerge from Alexisonfire.
I am also a creative writer, and have written thousands of poems over the years, some of them published. I have written lyrics for many local bands and have never had any negative feedback. If im confident in anything its my writing ability. Id love to have an excuse to write more!
As much as i love being in hardcore/screamo bands, and would still be intereted in joining another, my goal over the years has been to either find, or instigate a band much like "interpol" or "she wants revenge". I really dont know how to go about doing this, so if anyone else thinks this would be cool or has any tips, please, let me know! thank you.
