HERE IS NOW: 3rd Installment in a series of Group Exhibitions
HERE IS NOW is a series of independent exhibitions that investigate the different use of time and the unconventional creative space. The exhibition has a focus on contemporary art from Vancouver providing a platform for both emerging and mid career artists. The intention of Here Is Now is to further explore contemporary art within Vancouver�s unclaimed spaces, and to find alternative exhibition models that can exist during times of scarcity of space and limited cultural funding . We view the exhibits themselves as an overall installation, working with each unique space to create programming that varies in participation, duration and theme.This exhibition is one night only, and will feature Vancouver and international exhibiting artists.

Natasha Lands, co-producer and co-curator of Here Is Now, is a photo based artist residing in British Columbia. She has exhibited her work both nationally and internationally and has acted as curator for such exhibitions as Night Vision. Natasha continues to live and work in Vancouver. http://www.natashalands.com
Victor Wang is a Vancouver artist, researcher, and curator, based in Berlin. He has worked with such galleries as Johann K�nig Gallery, and Blanket Contemporary Art Inc. He has collaborated and worked with such institutions as: K�nstlerhauses Bethanien (Berlin), Veneklasen Werner (Berlin), Satellite Gallery (Vancouver), and the Grimmuseum (Berlin).
