Three monoliths and circular balustraded rim with 26 arches. Depicts three fundamental stages of Everyman's life.
Wilkinson, architect Alan Hodgson, and Rod Clack (city planner) designed the concept for the Centennial Square fountain and Wilkinson created the mosaic monoliths.
As part of downtown revitalization program, much of the block around City Hall was reorganized to create a public square and recreational amenity, with the fountain being the focal point. Neighbouring municipalities gifted the fountain to the city to mark its 100th birthday.
