The Collectors, Tom Northcott, Northwest Company on the WHERE IT'S AT Special were introduced by British recording star Lulu, voted Britain's Top Female Recording Artist of 1967 who had her own TV series on BBC TV. This is Part 2 of the one hour black & white special which aired on June 26 1968 and presented the best of Vancouver, British Columbia's talent in the 1960s.to Canadian audiences on CBC TV. The special led to a half hour series of the same name. On Part 2 Tom Northcott performs his 2 biggest hits "Sunny Goodge Street" and Bob Dylan's "Girl from the North Country", the Northwest Company (with psychedelic rear screen projection & go-go dancers) sing a Rock 'n Roll medley (Rock and Roll Music, Summertime Blues, Long Tall Sally, Good Lovin',) and the Collectors perform "What is Love?" from their first album The Collectors.
