Proud Animal (“...absolutely bubbling with joy” - CBC) teams up with Dyke March alums Neptune at Night for a celebration of indie rock and songwriter chops at Pat’s Pub and Brewhouse, 403 East Hastings St. With Special Guests. 9:00 pm door. 9:30 pm show. Tix $7-$10 at door.

Proud Animal is the musical partnership of Vancouver artists Barbara Adler and Gavin Youngash. Together, they make music that embraces contrast, moving effortlessly between sweet-tempered anthems, brash rock-outs, and playfully sharp meditations on everything from astronomy to promiscuity. The pair is joined by James Meger (electric bass) and Aaron Klassen (drums).
