Teresa Vander Meer-Chasse, also known as Ddhalh kit Nelnah, is a proud member of White River First Nation of Beaver Creek, Yukon, Canada and Alaska. She is a full-time artist, consultant, and volunteer. She defines herself as an Upper Tanana contemporary visual artist and curator with a specialty in Indigenous content review.
Teresa's art practice primarily focuses on the transformative nature of beadwork through sculpture and fashion. Teresa has roots in many places and travels between Victoria, Whitehorse, and Beaver Creek throughout the year.
