Shelley Davies

Shelley Davies is a Victoria artist who creates with paper and paint. She started her career in Toronto in the animation and feature film industry, and is currently working as an editorial illustrator and painter. She creates with paint, collage, and cut paper and adores the hand-made: the brushstroke, the splodge, the handwritten, a layered juxtaposition of bold, colourful collage elements. Shelley's aim is joy, inviting discovery and surprise.
