Composition/Songwriting Semi-Pro
Composing and writing a song is one of Josée’s favorite pass-times, second to performing! And why would you want to go see Josée live? Well, maybe you heard from someone that she was really good, and you have to find out for yourself...Or, you’re in the mood for something entertaining and want to be swept away. Some say it’s like drinking from the fountain of youth because she has so much energy on stage. Others say her songs are mesmerizing, they get lost in the moment. The new band has a fresh, groovy, and captivating sound. You’ll want them to play all night long!!
The self-titled EP shows off Josée’s distinctive pop-influenced vocal style, unique lyrics and incredible music that binds you with each song! Yusuf will make your knees weak with his melodic guitar hooks in "How’d you know", and you heart will automatically beat along with Nick Meyer in "Sunshine". John Schneider takes you away in "Let Be" using deep, colorful notes that vibrate your soul. "Look at Cameron now" is an upbeat song about a high school geek that’s become successful and shocks his old classmates at their 10th year reunion. And last but not least is "Make Believe", a romantic ballad and a tearjerker, the first song Josée ever wrote.
Now 22 years of age, Josée lives for love and music, and has found her soul mate. "Following your instincts is the key to love and happiness" Josée says. "Let your heart lead the way". You can also catch her in the new band Leoffenders
