Hoodstock Entertainment & TALO Productions are bringing one of the first of many MAJOR US Artists to Victoria to kick off 2024. First up is 2000's SUPERGROUP & Detroit's own D12 Members Swifty & Kuniva performing some of the group's biggest hits from the early 2000's. With features including Eminem, Obie Trice & Cypress Hill among many more, D12 rose to worldwide fame after their smash hit 'PURPLE PILLS' garnered them worldwide admiration.
Now the Shady Records collective are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of their debut album, "D`12 World". Fresh off a European Tour they are set to cross Canada bringing 80's Babies the soundtrack of their childhood, live in concert.
Alongside D12 is fellow Detroit based Rapper & Shady Records day one Obie Trice. Real name, no gimmicks. After releasing one of the best Rap records to date with his sophomore Shady Records release "Cheers" in 2003, Obie survived an attempt on his life only to return to music, maintaining a career spanning over 2 Decades. Obie will join D12 in a 20th Anniversary Celebration for 'Cheers'.
Primary Tour Support for the Vancouver Island Dates are Island Royalty Co-Founders Details & Mr. ESQ. The duo have been releasing singles throughout 2023 from their yet to be released 'V.I. KINGS' project, a follow up to the initial Island Royalty Collaborative effort in 2020. Features obtained so far include Dave East, Millyz, COMPLETE, Terell Safadi, Merkules, Spice1, Zalea, Young Noble & more.
