Sacred Centre Dance is excited to offer a Special Edition series of the fun Shimmy & Sweat class. This is a cardio class with dance elements and strength training.
This is a Victoria Shimmy Mob fundraiser - We are raising funds and awareness for local shelters for women and children. This year we are supporting the Cridge Transition House for Women.
The Cridge Transition House is a safe place for women with or without children who are escaping violent or abusive relationships. Services provided include: emergency shelter, supportive counselling, connections to community support, etc.

Wednesday, May 1: 7:30 - 8:30pm

All levels welcome. No dance experience necessary.
