Township Community Arts Council

The Township of Esquimalt has an active and creative arts community.

The mission of the Township Community Arts Council (TCAC) is to engage our community and promote Esquimalt as a healthy arts and cultural centre recognized for its natural beauty and artistic excellence. We partner with artists and other volunteer groups to stage a wide variety of annual events and programs. We strongly support local artists and promote the importance of arts and culture in terms of community well-being and economic activity.

We’re “Powered by Purples”, an enthusiastic group of volunteers that comprise our Board of Directors, event organizers, artistic directors and a legion of community members who give their time, imagination and dedication to arts and culture.
