Ashley has played piano since she was five years old and performed professionally since she was fifteen.
Since graduating from Humber College with her degree in Jazz Performance, Ashley has a star-studded resume which includes working 2006 Canadian Idol winner Eva Avila, Belinda Brady, Brandi Distrehaft, Mae Moore, Joni Nehrita, Pearl Kaufman, American Idol star Kimberly Locke, and the Juno Award-winning group, The Parachute Club. In 2005, she arranged songs for an orchestra conducted by one of Cuba’s top pianists, Hilario Duran. Most recently, she has done extensive work with four-time Grammy Award winner, Manny Kellough, and appears on his latest performance DVD.
As producer, composer, pianist, vocalist, she combines all of her influences and experiences, and gives them a bold new voice that is resonating with listeners across Canada and worldwide.
