Writing is a lot like yoga — you have to be present. You have to listen to your inner wisdom and tap into what is surfacing for you.
This workshop will intertwine a series of balanced yoga postures with stimulating writing exercises to give you the tools you need to express your internal experience on the mat with the written word. Bring along your favourite notebook and pen, and prepare to dive deeply into the space between movement of the body and movement of the mind.
